Call or text +1 (504) 756-3378 if you are experiencing any vending or quality of product issues. Concerns with purchased items must be communicated within 48 hours from purchasing the product. Product exchanges will be provided within 24 hours of complaint and refunds returned within 7 business days if needed.

 

Vending Machine Purchases

Vending machine purchases can be made via cash, credit card, and Apple Pay. Products provided through the vending machine are subject to change through suggestions from students on campus and inventory availability. 

 

Online Purchases

Online purchases can be made via Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover credit card holders. Any issues with your order must be communicated to our customer service email at support@kouturexpress.shop. Provide your order number and product in the subject line and allow a 24 hour period for a Kouture Xpress team member to respond.

 

General Conditions

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various
networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always
encrypted during transfer over networks.

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service or any contact onthe website through which the service is provided, without express written permission by us.

The headings used in this agreement are included for convenience only and will not limit or otherwise affect these Terms.

Return & Exchange Policy

To be eligible for return or exchange, the product must be sealed in original packaging and remain untampered. Only unused bundles, closures, frontals, or wigs that have excessive shredding or matted texture are eligible for exchange or return, proof of condition must be provided.
